Inverse identification of the material parameters of a nonlinear concrete constitutive model based on the triaxial compression strength testing

Petr Král, Petr Hradil, Ji?í Kala

The aim of this paper is to perform the inverse identification of the material parameters of a nonlinear constitutive model intended for the modeling of concrete which is known as the Karagozian & Case Concrete model. At present, inverse…

A simplified damage evolution relationship and deformation character¬istics of a pozzolanic lime mortar when subjected to unloading-reloading cycles in the pre-peak region

Kostas Kaklis, Zach Agioutantis, Stelios Mavrigiannakis, Pagona Maravelaki-Kalaitzaki

Two series of uniaxial and triaxial compression tests including unloading-reloading cycles were performed under different confining pressures, in order to study the stress-strain and the deformation behavior of a pozzolanic lime mortar…

Reinforced Soft Soil by CSV with/without Polypropylene fibres: Experimental and Numerical analysis.

Anouar Souadeuk, Zeineddine Boudaoud

Columns of mixed soil-sand-cement (CSV), is one of the most unknown used methods for soft soil stabilization that has not been studied before. To this end, in this paper, consolidated drained (CD) triaxial compression tests after have been…

Experimental and analytical investigation on the coupled elastoplastic damage model of coal-rock: The investigation on damage model of coal-rock

Yundong Shou, Jianwei Zhang, Filippo Berto

In this paper, a novel coupled elastoplastic damage model for coal-rock is proposed to predict the deformation and potential disaster in coal mining. The conditions of small deformation and thermodynamic potential are considered, as well…
